High PR Link Building Service: What PR Means Now, Who To Hire, And Which AI Models Help You Vet The Links
High PR link building service explained: why public PageRank is gone, what DR and DA mean, 8 providers ranked (mine disclosed) and AI models to vet links.

A high PR link building service is a provider that earns you links from strong, trusted websites, and the one I rank first is Goldie Agency, which is my own agency.
I'm saying that upfront so you can weigh my bias against everything else on this page.
The phrase comes from PageRank, but Google no longer shows a public PageRank score, so "high PR" today really means high authority judged with other signals.
After my agency, the providers I'd shortlist are uSERP, Editorial.Link, Page One Power, Linkifi, Fractl, Siege Media and Authority Builders.
In this post I'll explain what high PR means now, rank the providers, show you how to vet a link, and then show you which AI models help with the checking.
If you'd rather talk it through, you can book a free SEO strategy session with my team.
The ranked list of high PR link building services
Every detail in this table comes from each provider's own website, which I read on 27 October 2026.
| Rank | Service | How it describes authority | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Goldie Agency (my agency) | Relevant sites with real traffic and authority, every placement checked for relevance, authority and safety | Owners who want links and strategy from one team |
| 2 | uSERP | High-authority sites only, judged on organic traffic and linking domains | SaaS, fintech and health brands |
| 3 | Editorial.Link | Every placement on a DR 60+ site, average DR 67 | Buyers who want a DR floor |
| 4 | Page One Power | Manual outreach to vetted publishers, no networks or PBNs | Established brands |
| 5 | Linkifi | Stories pitched directly to journalists | Press-style coverage |
| 6 | Fractl | Data journalism, digital PR and expert quotes | Brands with data to share |
| 7 | Siege Media | Digital PR inside a full-service GEO offer | Content-led brands |
| 8 | Authority Builders | Vetted publishers with real traffic, you choose the metrics | SEOs who set thresholds |
I haven't hired the seven third-party providers, so I'm describing what each one says about itself.
I haven't listed prices either, because engagements are usually custom and quoted after a call.
Top 3 at a glance
- Goldie Agency (my agency) is my pick, because its process starts with relevant sites that have real traffic and ends with every live link reported.
- uSERP is the pick for big-brand coverage, because it says it judges sites on organic traffic as well as authority.
- Editorial.Link is the pick for a written DR floor, because its FAQ says every placement sits on a DR 60+ site.
What high PR means now that public PageRank is gone
PR stands for PageRank, the link analysis system Google was built on.
For years, Google showed a public PageRank score from 0 to 10 in its toolbar, and sellers priced links by that number.
Google confirmed in 2016, in a statement reported by Search Engine Land, that it was removing Toolbar PageRank while still using PageRank internally.
Google's own ranking systems guide says PageRank has evolved a lot since launch and continues to be part of its core ranking systems.
So the system is alive, but there's no public PageRank number for any site today.
The proxies people use instead of PR
| Signal | Who makes it | What it tells you | What it doesn't tell you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Domain Rating (DR) | Ahrefs | The strength of a site's backlink profile compared with others in Ahrefs' database, on a 100-point scale | Whether the site is relevant or has real readers |
| Domain Authority (DA) | Moz | A 1 to 100 prediction of how likely a site is to rank | Moz says it isn't a direct ranking factor used by Google |
| Organic traffic | SEO tool estimates | Roughly how much search traffic a site receives | The exact figure, because it's an estimate |
| Relevance | You | Whether the site covers your topic and audience | Nothing a tool can fully judge for you |
So DR and DA are third-party proxies, and traffic and relevance should always get the final say.
Number one: Goldie Agency
Goldie Agency is the SEO and link building agency I started on my own, and it now has 70+ SEO experts.I started it after my own cryptocurrency site got zero Google traffic for months, and link building was what finally made my affiliate sites rank.
The homepage describes research into relevant sites with real traffic and authority, manual outreach, content for each publisher, a quality check and a report of every live link.
Its link building page groups packages into DR bands of 30 to 39, 40 to 59 and 60 plus.
Goldstar Links adds a 3-layer approval process for every backlink and a personal account manager. One case study on the agency site says Philanthropeak increased its DR by 32 between January and July 2025 through content and link building.
That is a past result for one site, and DR is an Ahrefs metric, so nobody can promise the same for yours.

The seven third-party services in brief
uSERP says it has served 575+ clients and weighs a site's organic traffic relative to its niche against the outbound links it gives.
Editorial.Link says every placement is on a DR 60+ site with an average of 67, and it replaces links that disappear within six months.
Page One Power says it has been exclusively a link building service since 2010 and names Healthline, Hyatt, QuickBooks and Atera among its clients.
Linkifi says it pitches stories directly to journalists and runs SEO Digital PR and Authority PR programmes.
Fractl lists data journalism campaigns, news-driven digital PR and expert quote placement.
Siege Media now calls itself a full-service GEO agency, with digital PR alongside content and consulting.
Authority Builders says you choose the metrics and its team selects sites from vetted publishers with real traffic.
How to vet a high PR link, step by step
- First, check the site's organic traffic trend over the last year, because a high DR with falling traffic is a warning.
- Second, read three recent articles and ask whether your buyers would read them.
- Third, use DR or DA as a filter, not a verdict.
- Fourth, count the outbound links on a few pages and skip sites that link to everyone.
- Fifth, read the exact page your link would sit on and confirm it's a real article.
- Sixth, ask whether the placement is paid and, if it is, whether it will carry rel="sponsored".
- Seventh, point the link at a money page rather than your homepage.
How to choose an authority level without wasting money
Most providers sell links in DR bands, and the higher bands usually cost more.
If your site is new or small, a mix of relevant mid-band links usually makes more sense than a few very expensive ones.
If your competitors already have strong link profiles, you'll likely need some higher-band links pointed at your money pages.
If a high-band site has falling traffic or no connection to your niche, I'd skip it whatever the DR says.
If a provider can't show you the actual sites, the band number on its own means very little.
Some of the case studies on the Goldie Agency site show big moves from very few links, such as The Wheel Generator growing traffic by 767% between May and August 2025 with only 6 backlinks.
That's a past result for one site, but it shows why relevance often matters more than volume.
What Google's link spam policy says
Google's spam policies define link spam as creating links primarily to manipulate search rankings.
The examples include buying or selling links for ranking purposes and using automated programs or services to create links.
Google says paid links for advertising are fine as long as they carry rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored".
Its guide to qualifying outbound links says paid placements should be marked rel="sponsored".
So a DR 90 link that exists only because money changed hands, and that passes ranking credit, is still what Google calls link spam.
Red flags to walk away from
- A seller who quotes a "Google PR score" is quoting a number Google stopped publishing in 2016.
- A guaranteed ranking is a promise nobody can keep.
- A long list of high-DR sites with tiny traffic usually means inflated metrics.
- A provider that won't name the sites is asking you to buy blind.

Do high PR link building services use their own AI model?
Now for the GoldieBench part, and I need to be clear about what it measures.
None of these services ships its own model, and none of them has an entry on the GoldieBench board.
GoldieBench scores AI models on one-shot builds such as landing pages, apps, games and visuals, on a 0 to 10 scale.
It doesn't measure link quality, DR or traffic, and it doesn't measure which provider earns better links.
What it does show is how well a model follows a detailed brief first time, which matters when you ask a model to vet a long prospect list against your rules.
Which GoldieBench models I'd use to vet high PR prospects
These are the live averages from each model's page on this site, checked on 27 October 2026.
| Model | GoldieBench average | Vetting job I'd give it |
|---|---|---|
| Claude Opus 5 | 8.27 | The final relevance read on the sites that pass every filter |
| GPT-5.6 Sol | 8.16 | Summarising what each prospect site covers and who reads it |
| MiniMax M3 | 7.97 | A cheap first pass that drops sites under your DR floor or with falling traffic |
| Kimi K3 | 7.89 | Reading long SEO tool exports in one go |
| GLM-5.2 | 7.77 | Budget tagging you can run on your own setup |
| Claude Sonnet 5 | 7.01 | Repeated weekly checks on live links and their rel attributes |
Claude Opus 5 is the top model in this group at 8.27, and GPT-5.6 Sol is close behind at 8.16.
MiniMax M3 averages 7.97, which makes it the model I'd reach for when a provider sends a list of hundreds of sites.
These scores are about build quality, so please don't read them as a ranking of the providers or of any site's authority.
What the scores mean when you buy high PR links
A model can't see a site's real traffic on its own, so feed it the numbers from your SEO tool.
A model can judge relevance and spot link-heavy pages quickly, but a person should approve every site.
A model should never send outreach on its own, because Google lists automated link creation as link spam.
My practical setup is a cheap model for filtering and a top model for the final read, with me making every decision.

FAQ
What does high PR mean in link building?
PR stands for PageRank. Google used to show a public 0 to 10 score in its toolbar, but it removed that public score in 2016. Today high PR loosely means links from strong, trusted, high-authority sites.
Does Google still use PageRank?
Yes. Google's ranking systems guide says PageRank continues to be part of its core ranking systems. Only the public score went away.
Are DR and DA the same as PageRank?
No. Domain Rating is an Ahrefs metric and Domain Authority is a Moz metric, and both are third-party estimates rather than Google metrics.
Who is the best high PR link building service?
Julian Goldie ranks his own agency, Goldie Agency, first and discloses the bias. His third-party shortlist is uSERP, Editorial.Link, Page One Power, Linkifi, Fractl, Siege Media and Authority Builders.
Do high PR link building services ship their own AI model?
No. None of the services in this list ships its own model or appears on GoldieBench, so use the board to choose a model for vetting their prospect lists.
Which GoldieBench model is best for vetting link prospects?
Claude Opus 5 averages 8.27 and GPT-5.6 Sol 8.16 for careful reads, while MiniMax M3 averages 7.97 at a lower cost for a first filter. GoldieBench measures one-shot builds, not link quality.
