Best Private Label SEO Reseller: Six Picks, What Private Label Really Means, And The Models Behind The Workflow
The best private label SEO reseller picks, private label vs white label explained, a vetting checklist, and how reseller-workflow AI models score.

The best private label SEO reseller for link building, on my list, is Goldie Agency, and I'm saying upfront that it's my own agency so you can weigh my bias.
My third-party picks are SEOReseller, The HOTH, W3era, Boostability and That!
Company, because each one uses the words private label on its own site today.
If you run an agency and want to ask whether my team can fulfil links under your brand, you can book a free SEO strategy session.
A private label SEO reseller is a provider that does SEO work which your agency sells under its own brand, so your client never sees the provider.
The problem it solves is capacity, because it lets an agency sell SEO before it can afford an SEO team.
In this post I'll define private label honestly, rank the providers, give you a vetting checklist and then look at the AI models a reseller workflow can run on.
What private label SEO means
The provider does the work, and your agency owns the client, the relationship and the price.
The client should never see the provider's name, logo or phone number anywhere.
Your client still holds you responsible for every piece of work, which is why vetting matters more than the label.
Private label vs white label, honestly
In SEO, most providers use private label and white label to mean the same arrangement.
| Provider | How its own site treats the term |
|---|---|
| Boostability | It says white label marketing is also known as private labeling |
| W3era | It describes private label as the same as white label, but often with custom workflows, reporting or deeper integration with your brand |
| SEOReseller | Its page title, Private White Label SEO Services for Agencies, uses both terms together |
| The HOTH | It titles its page as a white label reseller programme and calls it a private label SEO programme in the copy |
| That! Company | Its private label article explains the model, and its site is titled as a white label agency |
W3era is the only provider here that gives you a definition you can hold it to.
For the others, ask what private label means in the contract and then judge the provider on the work.
The six private label SEO resellers I'd shortlist
Every detail in this table comes from each provider's own website, which I read on 15 October 2026.
| Rank | Provider | What its own site says | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Goldie Agency (my agency) | A Goldstar Links post says it provides white-label link building agencies can resell under their own brand | Agencies that need link capacity |
| 2 | SEOReseller | A private label programme that starts with an agency consultant and includes a real-time dashboard | Agencies that want guided onboarding |
| 3 | The HOTH | A private label SEO programme with reports that carry no logos, phone numbers or powered-by footers | Agencies that want productised services |
| 4 | W3era | Private label solutions with tailored deliverables and co-branded strategy calls | Agencies with larger clients |
| 5 | Boostability | Strategy, fulfilment and reporting behind the scenes, with local SEO | Agencies with small local clients |
| 6 | That! Company | Sales support to the reseller and weekly educational meetings with your client, in a 2015 article | Agencies that want help selling |
I haven't hired the third-party providers, so I'm describing what each one says about itself.
I haven't listed prices, because they change and most providers quote agencies directly.
Number one: Goldie Agency, and what its pages actually say
Goldie Agency is the SEO and link building agency I started on my own, and it now has 70+ people. It's my company, so this is the most biased section on the page.
The homepage lists manual outreach with no PBNs, real backlinks on high-authority sites and niche-relevant placements.
A Goldstar Links post on this keyword says, "For agencies, Goldie Agency provides white-label link building that can be resold under the agency's own brand."
That sentence says white-label, and the site doesn't advertise a separately branded private label programme.
There is no separate programme page listing dashboards, reporting or pricing, so book the strategy session and confirm how fulfilment would work for your clients.
Goldstar Links describes a 3-layer approval process for every backlink and a personal account manager. The Goldie Agency site also shows case studies, such as Munten Letselschade growing from 263 to 3,157 traffic between June and December 2025 with link building.
The five third-party providers in brief
SEOReseller says its programme integrates with your reporting, staff and product, starts with an agency consultant and gives private reseller partners a real-time SEO dashboard.
The HOTH says you can resell link building, content and managed SEO under your brand, and that every report is 100% private label.
W3era says its agency plans include white label reporting, branded dashboards, expert execution and dedicated account support.
Boostability says it handles strategy, audits, link building and content under the reseller's branding, with a dedicated Partner Growth Manager.
That!
Company's article says private label reports carry your name, address, phone number and logo, and it is dated 2015, so confirm the current service.
How to vet a private label SEO reseller
- Ask what private label means in the provider's contract, and get the answer in writing.
- Ask for a sample report exactly as your client would receive it, and check it for any provider branding.
- Ask whether you'll get the live URL of every link placed for your clients.
- Run a small paid test on your own site before any client sees the work.
- Check every deliverable by hand, including every link and every article.
- Get it in writing that the provider never contacts your client directly.
- Agree who owns the content, accounts and data, and what happens if you part ways.
- Start with one trusted client and run a full cycle before you scale.
Google's spam policies treat buying links that pass ranking credit as link spam, so ask every provider how its placements are earned.
How agencies run a reseller day to day
| Stage | What your agency does | What the reseller does |
|---|---|---|
| Sale | You pitch and sign the client under your brand | It stays out of the conversation |
| Brief | You write goals, target pages and topics to avoid | It plans the work from your brief |
| Delivery | You spot-check every deliverable | It does the links, content or campaign work |
| Reporting | You add commentary and send the report under your brand | It sends unbranded data to you only |
| Questions | You answer every client question | It answers your questions privately |
Where AI agents help around a reseller
AI runs around 80% of the internal operations at Goldie Agency.
The same Agent OS I teach runs content pipelines, distribution, automated indexing and tracking, as I explain in my Claude SEO agency guide.
Around a private label reseller, agents can write briefs from call notes, log every deliverable and check every live link.
They can also scan every report for the reseller's name, logo or phone number before it reaches your client.
A person still approves everything, because your agency is accountable for the work.
Red flags
- A provider that guarantees rankings is promising something nobody controls.
- A provider whose sample report carries its own branding isn't really private label.
- A provider that refuses a small paid test is asking you to bet your clients on trust.
- A provider that wants a long contract before any work is delivered is shifting the risk to you.
Which provider suits which agency
An SEO agency that has run out of link capacity should start with a link specialist, which is where Goldie Agency fits.
A marketing agency selling SEO for the first time should look at SEOReseller, because its programme starts with a consultant and a proposal.
An agency that wants a quick menu of services with clean reports should look at The HOTH.
An agency with larger or enterprise clients should look at W3era, because its FAQ mentions tailored deliverables and co-branded strategy calls.
A local agency should look at Boostability, and an agency that needs help closing deals should read That!
Company's article and confirm the current service.
Whichever you pick, the vetting checklist above matters more than the name on the contract.
Do private label SEO resellers ship their own AI model?
Now for the GoldieBench part, and I need to be clear about what it measures.
None of the six providers above ships its own model on the board, and I couldn't verify from their sites which model each one uses internally.
GoldieBench scores models on one-shot builds such as landing pages, apps, games and visuals, on a 0 to 10 scale.
It doesn't measure SEO results, link quality or how well a reseller fulfils work.
What it does show is how well a model follows a detailed brief first time, which matters for the briefs, drafts and reports that sit around reseller work.
The models a reseller workflow can run on
Reseller work is high volume, so cost per task matters as much as the top score.
These are the live averages from each model's page on the board.
| Model | GoldieBench average | Where it fits around a reseller |
|---|---|---|
| Claude Opus 5 | 8.27 | Client-facing reports and anything a client will read |
| MiniMax M3 | 7.97 | Volume briefs and first drafts at a low per-token price |
| Kimi K3 | 7.89 | Volume drafting and report summaries |
| GLM-5.2 | 7.77 | An open-weights option for teams that want to self-host |
| Qwen 3.7 | 7.00 | An open-weights option for simple, repetitive tasks |
Claude Opus 5 is the highest-scoring model in this table at 8.27, so it is the one I'd trust with client-facing work.
MiniMax M3 at 7.97 and Kimi K3 at 7.89 sit close behind, which makes them sensible picks for the volume side of reseller work.
GLM-5.2 at 7.77 and Qwen 3.7 at 7.00 are open-weights models, which matters if your agency wants to run models on its own hardware.
These scores are about build quality, so please don't read them as a ranking of which model writes the best SEO content.
What the scores mean for an agency using a reseller
The model matters less than the system around it.
A strong model with no source of truth still produces confident mistakes.
A cheaper model with a clear brief, real source material and a human editor can produce very good work.
My practical setup is a cheaper model for volume and a top model for anything a client will read.
A person still reviews everything, because no score on this leaderboard replaces accountability to your client.

FAQ
